Vela Alternatives for Etsy Bulk Editing (2026): 4 Options Compared

As a shop grows to hundreds of listings, changing one tag or one phrase across all of them becomes a real job. That is when sellers look at bulk editors like Vela. Vela describes itself as an AI tool for ecommerce sellers on Etsy, Shopify, eBay and Faire, with listing creation, CSV import, bulk edit, listing scoring, scheduled publication, POD support, mockup generation and photo tools.

Its pricing page charges per shop, per month, by the number of listings: Vela Lite starts at $29.95 for up to 500 listings and Vela Plus starts at $39.95. There is no annual plan, connecting several shops gives 20% off, and each new shop gets a one-week free trial without a credit card.

OneClickLister works with Etsy and Shopify. OneClickLister’s pricing page lists Starter at $10/month for 150 listings and Premium at $15/month for 300 listings, with a 7-day free trial. Features include bulk and single edit, cloning, templates, a listing scheduler and sub-users for several stores.

Suits: sellers who want what Vela does for editing at a lower entry price.

2. Etsy’s built-in bulk edit: free and already there

Etsy’s help page explains how to edit several listings at once from Shop Manager, including titles, tags, descriptions and prices. The same page says Etsy has no way to bulk upload new listings.

Suits: sellers with straightforward edits who do not want another subscription.

3. Sellbrite: multi-channel listing and inventory

Sellbrite focuses on multi-channel selling. It lists Etsy among its channels, supports listing inventory in bulk with templates, and keeps inventory in sync across channels. You can start for free.

Suits: sellers who sell the same inventory on Etsy and other marketplaces.

4. Listybox: when the job is creating, not editing

Listybox is built for print-on-demand on Etsy. Its Bulk Listing Editing feature lets you add, remove or replace text in titles, descriptions or tags across a selection, but only for listings created in Listybox. The rest of the platform covers creating those listings:

Dedicated Bulk Editor or Listing Tool?

Ask where your listings come from. If they already exist on Etsy and you need to change them in bulk, you want a bulk editor: Vela, OneClickLister, Etsy’s own tool or Sellbrite. If you are about to create many new print-on-demand listings, a listing tool that builds them does more for you, and you can bulk edit them later in the same place.
